Our Cancellation Policy:
We’re excited that you want to venture with us, but we understand that sometimes life happens, and changes are needed. You can cancel your venture for a full credit or refund for up to 72 hours before the start of your venture. We cannot provide a credit or refund for cancellations within 72 hours or venture no-shows (including partial ones).

Vino Venturing Basics
We provide lots of chilled water so you can venture successfully!
Your belongings and purchases are safe with us.
Your tour will last about 5 hours. That includes pick up, drop off, travel between destinations, and about an hour at each destination. We try to be flexible so that you have the best venture possible!
You cannot take outside alcohol onto winery, brewery, or distillery properties. We advise bringing extra snacks so that nobody in your group suffers intoxication.
We apply a sanitation fee for messes left on our venturing vehicle (including if someone gets sick…see above about snacks!). Your group is liable for any loss or damage that you cause to our vehicle while venturing with us.
Preparing to Venture With Us
Make sure you book your venture at least 48 hours in advance. We require a 50% deposit via credit card to reserve your tour. The balance will be charged 72 hours before the date of your tour.
Be ready to tip your servers at each destination. We’ve chosen these places because their servers work hard to make your venture fabulous!
